overall, i am very thankful that i was able to get a home during a global crisis, but i was not very pleased during the whole process. my agent was difficult to get in touch with and i worked more with my loan lender when getting information about my house overall and ease in the process. my agent was nice, but i dont think that we were a good fit in this process. after i closed on my home friday 4/10, my agent told me that i could begin cleaning my home, so on 4/10 after i signed papers i took $300 worth of paint and cleaning supplies to my home and placed it in the garage and when i came back to clean on Tuesday the items in my garage were gone. I called my agent and she told me that HUD had their final inspection and they took my things. She has been unable to get in contact with HUD to get information on who came to my home and how to get my things back. I have messaged her multiple times a day for information and i have got little to no information. she did say that she would reimburse me for the items that i lost with a home depot gift card, but i have not heard from her since she told me this. I am very thankful, but i dont think that i would use her again.
